T'S & C'S, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We use a fast and reliable 3-5 working days delivery service for our natural stone.
This is a kerbside delivery only by a tail lift 18-tonne truck.
We use an independent delivery company for which we are not responsible, so we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Next day delivery, AM/PM delivery and timed delivery options are available for an extra fee if order is placed before 12pm. Please enquire.
Collection is free if informed in advance or you will not get access.
The driver uses a hand operated pallet truck and will endeavour to get your order as close and safely as possible to your property.
If buying Tiles, please read ‘Additional Points for Indoor & Outdoor Porcelain Tiles’ below for more information.
Re-delivery charges apply if no one is present at the property or address given to sign or receive goods, customer is not ready to accept the delivery and or proper information about access to the property has not been mentioned prior to delivery.
Waiting charges will apply if the driver must wait outside your property for more than 15 minutes. Please be present at your property when delivery is scheduled.
Pallets may not be delivered with a pallet truck over uneven ground or gravel due to health and safety regulations.
If the roads near your property are narrow or inaccessible for an 18-tonne truck, then the driver will leave the pallet/s at the nearest kerb side and you will be responsible to get it/them to your property.
We send our pallets and boxes fully checked and we make sure no single slab or tile leaves our yard damaged or broken, so if you find any breakages please do not sign the delivery form. Once signed, the transport company, driver or Right Stones won’t be responsible.
Any claims for damages/breakages must be noted to us within 24 hours. We are happy to replace any manufactured damages but will not be able to refund on any breakages and you will be liable to pay for the courier charges.
Drivers are not permitted to take risks with delivery vehicles. They are not permitted to make deliveries inside your premises for insurance and health and safety purposes.
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving delivery. The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. This is not applicable for Indoor & Outdoor Porcelain Tiles.
A full refund will be credited, minus the relevant collection and delivery charges. This is not applicable for Indoor & Outdoor Porcelain Tiles.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Right Stones.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
The square metre coverage per pack is based upon laying the paving slabs provided within the pack using a 6-14mm joint between slabs.
It is important that you check your measurements carefully.
An order should always include an additional +10% for wastage to cover cuttings, minor imperfections and breakages.
Additional Points for Indoor & Outdoor Porcelain Tiles
As these are special ordered tiles manufactured in different parts of the world, we quote these tiles as ex works, which means once your order leaves the factory we will no longer accept any cancellations or give a refund if you change your mind.
We always encourage to come and select your products personally while visiting our display centre.
We will provide you with new tiles if the material is faulty but we cannot accept returns.
Once your order is at our warehouse, we won’t be able to provide you with any refunds or exchanges and cannot accept cancellations.
All orders will be delivered to your nearest kerbside in an 18-tonne truck with a hand operated pallet truck.
Delivery for tiles might take between 3-5 working days to 2-3 working weeks depending on your selection. Please ask for more information.

SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS
We ONLY offer normal default delivery of goods in an 18-tonne tail lift vehicle with a hand operated pallet truck.
We do not offer vehicles with cranes or any kind of automated machinery to offload pallets or goods for your delivery.
If you want a special vehicle to make a delivery, you will have to let us know in advance.
Special vehicles are hired separately and is not to be assumed that it will be included in the price quoted to you.
There will be an extra charge for all special vehicle delivery options.
Please ask for prices and more information in our office.
If you want to collect pallets yourself, then please bring or hire an open dropside vehicle as we WILL NOT load in any other vehicle from our yard or warehouse.
Collections are only available at our yard in Henley Road, Maidenhead, SL6 6QL and NOT from any other of our yards. Please ask for more information.
WORKING WITH OUR RECOMMENDED PROFESSIONALS
We always aim for you to get the best experience and outcome from dealing with us and that is why we like to suggest or even recommend professional landscapers and tilers to help you achieve your dream project.
We do not manage your projects and that is why once we recommend a landscaper or tiler to you we no longer are responsible for what happens between you and them.
Once you agree to a quote from them we can no longer be liable for any damages or losses.
You will be in contact with them directly and any dealings will strictly be between you and them.
We are only responsible for supplying stone and tiles.
All Items can be paid for by Cash, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.
Please note that payments by credit card incurs an additional 1.3% charge.
We do not accept American Express cards.
We do not accept cheques or any other form of payment currently .
We do not offer any credit cheques/note.
Purchase details will be provided along with a VAT invoice.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve any product/s without prior payment and orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
